CNC 3 & 5 Axis Miller (Programmer / Setter)

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

Salary: £19.00 - £21.00 per hour (Dependent on experience) + Overtime & Benefits

The Role

• Program, set, and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Create online programs using Heidenhain controls.
• Manufacture high-quality jigs, fixtures, and specialized tooling.
• Maintain tight tolerances and inspect your own work for quality assurance.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience programming, setting, and operating 3 & 5 axis CNC mills.
• Expertise with Heidenhain control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic.
