Description:

Part-time Dentist required for 3-4 days per week in an INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice in Midsomer Norton, North Somerset.

• Plan and private list to transfer as well as NHS list
• UDAs available at £14 per UDA
• Mon, Weds, Thurs & Fri
• 45% split on PVT and lab fees
• Hours 9am – 5pm
• Well-established 5 surgery practice
• Therapist on site
• iTero Scanner, CBCT
• OPG Machine
• Digital X Rays
• Midsomer Norton is 20 minutes from Bath, 30 minutes from Bristol
• Long-standing modern practice in Midsomer Norton, Somerset
• Implants and Invisalign being performed at the practice
• Free parking outside the practice
• Available immediately, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:

• Full NHS Performer Number
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
• IRMER
• PIN number
