Ideally you’ll have:

• Five or more years’ experience in operations management, engineering services, technical training or a similar leadership role

• A proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• An engineering or technical qualification (preferred)
• A full driving licence and flexibility to travel throughout Ireland
• Experience in HV/LV electrical systems would be advantageous, but it isn’t essential.

Why Join Horizon?

• €70,000–€80,000 salary plus an excellent benefits package
• The opportunity to build and lead a brand-new Technical Training Academy
• A senior leadership role with genuine autonomy and influence
• A supportive, ambitious team that values innovation and continuous improvement
• A clear pathway for career progression, with the opportunity to progress to Director level as the business continues to grow

If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and want to help shape the future of technical training across Ireland, we’d love to hear from you.
