At ClearSky, we are The Tech Enabler. We unlock exponential business growth by taking complex technical challenges and turning them into simple, high-performance digital solutions. Our engineering teams do incredible work in AI and bespoke software, and we need a dedicated Senior Product Designer to champion world‑class user experiences.

We don't believe in ego or red tape, just smart people solving real problems. We are a fast‑growing, values‑led team, building a place where you can thrive, not just as a designer, but as a person. If you want your work to make a difference and deliver lasting value, we'd love to meet you.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

At ClearSky, Product Design is a collaborative team that believes that great design can transform how businesses and users experience software. Rather than simply handing off wireframes, we engage across the entire development lifecycle. You’ll find us deeply embedded in cross‑functional squads, conducting user research and tackling problems through to polished, pixel‑perfect interfaces for complex B2B, SaaS, and consumer‑facing software. You’ll play a key role on the team, from early strategy and research to the delivery of final interfaces. And you won’t just work on client projects; our design culture values autonomy, open knowledge sharing, and the freedom to experiment with new approaches. You’ll proactively shape our culture and bring a lasting impact on how we build for the future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Full Lifecycle Ownership: Own the entire design process, from discovery, research, and prototyping right through to pixel‑perfect UI and developer handover.
• Experience Architecture: Take complex problems, messy data, and diverse user needs, and transform them into intuitive, seamless digital experiences.
• Design Systems: Architect and maintain smart, scalable, multi‑platform design systems that align perfectly with our clients’ brands.
• Champion Accessibility: Ensure our work isn't just beautiful but is inclusive, highly usable, and proudly designed for everyone.
• Collaboration & Agile Life: Work closely with developers, testers, and stakeholders to deliver fast‑paced, high‑quality solutions while actively participating in sprint ceremonies.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven Leadership: Experience leading the charge on complex projects—you’re the one people turn to when things get messy.
• Craft & Strategy: A big‑picture thinker with exceptional hands‑on design craft covering strategy, systems, and UI.
• Data‑Backed Confidence: Strong skills in user research, prototyping, and testing, ensuring your designs are backed by real‑world insight rather than just gut instinct.
• Communication is Key: Excellent communication skills, you can confidently explain and defend your design decisions to a developer, a client, or your gran.
• Initiative & Pace: You’re quick but never careless, thriving in fast‑paced delivery environments without cutting corners.
• Collaborative Spirit: A self‑starter who loves fighting for the user while working within a supportive, high‑quality team.

Why You’ll Love It Here

You’ll join a fast‑growing team that values quality, creativity, and autonomy. If you’re ready to take the next step in your design career and create tech that changes lives, we want to hear from you.
