Product Analytics & Ops Specialist — BI & AI

Beamery is seeking a product analytics professional to build impactful dashboards and analyses that empower product teams and executives. You will partner across Talent CRM, Work Architecture, and Work Intelligence, shaping data-driven decisions and driving adoption of analytics tools.

You will leverage Pendo, Hex, and other tools to deliver scalable analytics, while designing AI-powered workflows to automate key product ops processes and ensure data quality across the organization.
