Role Overview

Role Responsibilities

Engage with new and existing customers professionally and confidently.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Build strong customer relationships while delivering a positive customer experience.

Accurately maintain customer records and update internal systems.
Collaborate closely with colleagues and management to support team success.
Stay informed on products, services, and market developments.

Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
