Private Client Solicitor 2+ PQE - Milton Keynes

Excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join a highly regarded regional firm in Milton Keynes who are continuing to grow following recent mergers and the recruitment of several senior and highly knowledgeable private client solicitors.

The work is varied and covers all elements of private client matters including wills, LPA's, probate, estate and tax planning, trust creation and more. You will benefit from excellent training and the chance to work closely with experienced seniors on various complex and bespoke matters. This position offers hands-on mentoring, market-leading work and the chance to join a burgeoning team as they continue to expand, enabling you to cement your place in a strong team with great prospects for career progression and development. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be working directly with individuals, their family and support networks.

Responsibilities

• Handle private client matters including wills, lasting powers of attorney (LPA), probate, estate and tax planning, and trust creation.
• Collaborate with senior private client solicitors on complex and bespoke matters.
• Provide clear and effective communication with clients, their families and support networks.
• Engage in hands-on mentoring and contribute to the training and development of the team.
• Support business development and contribute to the growth of the private client team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' PQE in private client work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with individuals and families.
