Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive - Private Family - Exeter - NQ-3 Years PQE

Salary: £45,000 to £65,000 (DOE)

A leading South West law firm is seeking a Newly Qualified to 3 Years PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its busy and well regarded Private Family team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive, collaborative and Legal 500 recognised department.

The Role

You’ll work on a broad range of privately funded family matters, including:

Divorce and separation
Financial remedy proceedings
TOLATA and Schedule 1 Children Act disputes
Child arrangements matters
Urgent injunctions
Providing clear, empathetic and commercially aware advice
Managing your own caseload with support from experienced colleagues

Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a solicitor or legal executive with:

NQ-3 years' PQE in family law
Genuine interest and experience in private family work
Strong communication and client care skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a close knit team
Confidence to work independently when required
A personable, driven and enthusiastic approach
