Recruitment Consultant - Hybrid

360 Recruitment Role

We are seeking an experienced recruiter, ideally with a recruitment background in Engineering, Manufacturing or similar, who is looking for an excellent working environment, the flexibility of hybrid working, and excellent earning opportunities.

Key Qualifications

• Have been working within a 360 Recruitment role
• Be confident to establish and grow your own client base within permanent/temporary recruitment
• Be accountable for your own performance, while enjoying autonomy and results‑driven flexibility
• Have a real belief in your proven abilities and potential
• Be able to commute to Rochdale for some office working (within a 20‑mile radius of our office)

Responsibilities

• You will be a key part of our company’s growth and create your own career path
• You will be based at home and usually 2 days per week office based
• Focus predominantly on permanent and temporary recruitment, ideally within Engineering and Manufacturing (with consideration for other sectors you are confident in)
• You will get all the tools and support required to be successful
• Take the next step in your recruiting career with a desire to have a flexible working lifestyle
