Intesa Sanpaolo Group in London is seeking an Equity Capital Markets Analyst to join a dynamic ECM franchise. You will work with corporate finance teams to originate and execute equity and equity-linked transactions across jurisdictions.
The role provides exposure to cross-border deals, rigorous financial analysis, and client meetings, with opportunities to mentor junior staff. A 3-5 year finance background and a master’s degree are preferred; English fluency is required, Italian is a plus.
