Honesty Group is seeking a full-time Coffee Shop Supervisor to lead the team on shift, set the tone for great service and support the Manager in hitting sales and service standards. You’ll be hands-on, customer-facing and keep the shop running smoothly day to day.

You’ll manage a team of Coffee Shop Assistants, open and close as a keyholder, handle stock and deliveries, ensure food safety and hygiene, resolve customer enquiries, and maintain a clean, welcoming shop.
