Solicitor - Commercial - Bristol - 2-4 Years PQE

Location: Bristol

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid flexibility)

Salary: £55,000 to £75,000 (dependent on experience)

A respected and growing commercial team is seeking a Commercial Solicitor with 2-4 years' post qualification experience to join its busy and well established Bristol practice. The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial matters, including:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts (supply, distribution, agency, SaaS, technology, IP licensing)
• Advising on data protection, consumer law and regulatory compliance
• Supporting corporate transactions and cross border commercial arrangements
• Working closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel
• Delivering pragmatic, commercially focused legal solutions
• Supporting a collaborative and ambitious team culture
• Maintaining high professional standards and compliance

Candidate Requirements

• 2-4 years PQE in commercial law
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience across a broad range of commercial agreements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Confidence in managing matters independently
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Motivation, organisation and a proactive mindset
• A client focused approach and ability to juggle multiple matters
• Interest in a well rounded commercial role with exposure to IP work
