Responsibilities

• Lead on complex employer funding and risk matters, providing expert guidance on actuarial issues, covenant assessments and long-term sustainability.
• Oversee employer admissions, mergers, reorganisations, cessations and TUPE-related pension activity, ensuring employers can navigate a regulatory and financial environment.
• Monitor employer compliance and performance; support valuation processes; shape funding and risk policies.
• Collaborate with actuaries and senior stakeholders to deliver practical, evidence-based solutions and protect member benefits.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Experience in actuarial issues, covenant assessments and long-term sustainability of pension funds.
