Registered Manager – Children's Solo Residential Home (Therapeutic Service)
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (DOE) + £5,000+ Annual Quality & Commercial Bonus

The Successful Candidate Will Have
Previous experience working within children's residential care.
At least 2 years' experience in residential childcare, including 1 year in a supervisory or management role within the last five years.
A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards and SCCIF.
Experience supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and managing complex behaviours.
Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
Experience managing staffing, budgets and operational performance.
A passion for delivering high‑quality, child‑centred care and achieving positive outcomes.
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential).
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare, or willingness to enrol within 6 months of appointment.
Full UK Driving Licence.
