Solicitor - Private Client (2-4 Years PQE) - Weston-super-Mare

Location: Weston-super-Mare (Hybrid working available)

Type: Permanent, Full-time / Part-time / Flexible

Salary: £45,000 to £65,000, depending on experience

A well-established law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE to join its busy and expanding team in Clevedon. With a senior-heavy structure and increasing demand across core areas, this is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level fee earner to take ownership of quality work, support junior colleagues, and relieve senior lawyers from routine tasks.

What You'll Be Doing

You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:

Drafting and advising on wills
Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
Advising on and administering trusts
Handling estate administration and probate matters
Liaising with clients and third-party professionals
Supporting a collaborative and well-balanced team structure

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a qualified solicitor who brings:

2-4 years' PQE in private client law
Strong technical and drafting skills across wills, LPAs, trusts, and probate
Excellent communication and client care abilities
Confidence in managing files independently and efficiently
A proactive, organised, and team-oriented approach
