Process Reinvention Analyst – Investment Management - Perm
Location : London / Hybrid
We are partnering with a leading asset manager to appoint an AI & Data Process Analyst within its Data Transformation team.
You will own the end-to-end process reinvention lifecycle, challenging existing ways of working and designing future-state processes, operating models, and organisational structures that are scalable, insight-driven, and automation-ready. Working closely with senior leadership and Data & AI teams, you will help embed a culture of continuous improvement and champion data-led decision making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Data & AI Process Reinvention capability across the business.
Partner with senior stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and deliver high-value transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Design and implement future-state processes and operating models that are scalable, insight-driven, and AI-enabled. Ensure initiatives are value-led and leverage the latest capabilities in data, analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence.
Drive innovation and operational excellence by continuously evolving tools, methodologies, and ways of working.
Promote best practice and support the development and upskilling of colleagues across the organisation.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes and AI-enabled process improvement initiatives.
Strong expertise in process mapping, process mining, service design, and operational excellence methodologies.
Deep understanding of how data, analytics, automation, and AI can be leveraged to drive business transformation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders.
Previous experience within the Asset Management / Investment Management industry or Financial Services is essential.
