Solutions Architect

At Dizplai, we transform passive audiences into active communities that drive culture, conversation, and commerce. We partner with Premier League clubs, global motorsport organisations, Olympic sports federations, leading broadcasters, and multi-million subscriber creator networks across sports and entertainment, helping them turn attention into lasting commercial value.

By combining creative consultancy, interactive technology, and data-driven insights, we help unlock the full commercial potential of audiences. We're at the forefront of the shift where platforms are the new networks, creators are the new media companies, and fans want to belong, not just watch.

About the Role

We're looking for a hands‑on Solutions Architect to join Dizplai at an exciting stage of growth.

This isn't a traditional architecture role. You'll work across Product and Engineering to explore new ideas, solve complex technical challenges and turn ambitious concepts into scalable, production‑ready solutions.

You'll be equally comfortable discussing strategy with senior stakeholders, building proof of concepts, writing code and helping engineering teams solve difficult technical problems.

If you enjoy working in ambiguity, love experimenting with emerging technology and want to play a key role in an AI‑first business, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll do

• Shape technical solutions from early product discovery through to delivery
• Build proof of concepts, prototypes and production experiments to validate ideas
• Work alongside engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges in our Manchester office
• Design scalable, secure and maintainable cloud architectures
• Champion AI‑first thinking across products and internal engineering practices
• Advise stakeholders on technical options, trade‑offs and business impact
• Support estimation, planning and technical decision‑making across multiple initiatives
• Help define the architectural direction of our platform as we continue to scale

You'll also bring

• Strong software engineering background with experience delivering production systems
• Deep knowledge of modern software architecture and cloud‑native design
• Hands‑on AWS experience
• Experience building APIs, integrations and distributed systems
• Ability to build prototypes and technical proof of concepts
• Experience working closely with Product teams during discovery
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance technical excellence against business value
• Curiosity about AI and practical experience using AI within software delivery
• Serverless and event‑driven architectures
• SaaS, media, martech or digital products
• Product experimentation and A/B testing
• AI‑enabled products and engineering workflows

You’ll thrive if you

• Are hands‑on and enjoys writing code
• Thrives in fast‑moving environments
• Thinks commercially as well as technically
• Collaborates naturally across engineering, product and commercial teams
• Loves learning and exploring new technologies
• Can influence through expertise rather than authority

We're a creative, ambitious technology business embracing an AI‑first future, giving you the opportunity to influence both the products we build and the way we build them.

If you're looking for a role where you'll have genuine technical influence, solve meaningful problems and help shape the next generation of our platform, we'd love to hear from you.
