Your success will be reflected in the continued growth of PERLAB's market profile, the quality and reach of its thought leadership, and stronger engagement with priority clients on topics including AI‑enabled transformation, advanced analytics, customer experience, product strategy, and digital operations.
Define and execute a differentiated global marketing strategy that supports PERLAB's growth priorities while aligning with Kearney's global brand.
Develop deep expertise across AI, advanced analytics, digital transformation, customer insights, and product strategy to shape compelling market positioning.
Bring an outside‑in perspective by incorporating client priorities, competitive intelligence, and emerging industry trends into marketing strategy.
Lead integrated global go‑to‑market campaigns spanning thought leadership, digital marketing, executive events, account‑based marketing, and client engagement.
Establish KPIs and performance measurement frameworks to continuously improve campaign effectiveness, marketing ROI, and commercial impact.
Partner closely with Kearney's Brand & Market Enablement Studio—including Brand, Content, Client, and Insights teams—to develop and execute world‑class thought leadership.
Lead the development and deployment of research reports, executive perspectives, white papers, digital content, and client‑facing assets that strengthen Kearney's position in product excellence and innovation.
Collaborate with practice leaders and subject matter experts to translate complex analytical and technical concepts into compelling executive‑level narratives.
Ensure content aligns with evolving client priorities while maximizing global relevance and regional adaptability.
Drive integrated content distribution strategies that maximize audience reach, engagement, and cross‑practice collaboration.
Apply marketing analytics tools to measure, optimize, and report on digital marketing performance across multiple channels.
Champion the adoption of marketing technology solutions and data‑driven marketing capabilities across the practice.

Ensure marketing programs maintain consistency with Kearney's global brand standards while enabling regional flexibility and relevance.
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to PERLAB leadership, providing continuity, marketing counsel, and commercial insight.
Promote marketing best practices, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the continued evolution of Kearney's global marketing capabilities.
