Alongside your clinical responsibilities, you’ll uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance, clinical governance, and operational excellence, helping to maintain a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment for all. We actively encourage and support certificate study and ongoing CPD, ensuring you have every opportunity to grow. Our aim is to provide the right balance of support and development so you can confidently pursue your professional ambitions and personal goals. With access to Medivet’s hub-and-spoke model, complex cases can be referred to our nearby 24‑hour hospital in Wokingham giving you access to advanced diagnostics, specialist teams, and a wider clinical network, modern equipment and clear development pathways. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your clinical skills and make a meaningful impact. You will also participate in the on‑call rota for our Wokingham 24‑hour Hospital, ensuring continuity of care for our patients and supporting our wider clinical team.
