What You'll Do
Analyze user behavior and product metrics
Build dashboards and automated reports
Support A/B testing and experimentation
Identify trends and growth opportunities
Collaborate with teams to define KPIs
What We're Looking For
2+ years in a data analysis role
Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, or similar)
Understanding of statistical concepts
Ability to communicate insights clearly
Nice to Have
Python or R for analysis
Experience with event tracking (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
Knowledge of dbt or data modeling
Background in marketplace analytics
