Senior Structural BIM Modeler

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural BIM Modeler for a high-profile commercial development in the City of London. The project involves complex geometric steel structures and reinforced concrete foundations. You will be responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D models from initial concept through to construction documentation.

As part of the Outsource Online infrastructure, you will collaborate with lead engineers and architects via our integrated digital twin platform. Precision and adherence to ISO 19650 standards are non-negotiable requirements for this engagement.

Software Mastery

• Expert proficiency in Revit Structure, Tekla, and Navisworks Manage.

Industry Standards

• Deep understanding of BIM Level 2 requirements and COBie data delivery.

Experience

• Minimum 7 years in large-scale commercial or industrial structural modeling.

Coordination

• Proven track record in clash detection and multi-disciplinary coordination.

Availability

• Consistent availability required for sprints.
