Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated individual to join their Community Nursing Team in Rugeley. You will provide nursing care to patients registered with GPs, ensuring adherence to healthcare policies and timely assessments of care programs.
The ideal candidate will have a Specialist Practice qualification in District Nursing, or be close to completing it, demonstrating strong skills in patient assessment and team coordination. This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously while contributing to the training of new team members.
