Senior Manufacturing Engineer – NC Programmer

Contract: 12 Months - 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday – onsite Full time.

Overview

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer – NC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating, modifying, and improving NC programs to meet project requirements, quality standards, and delivery schedule.

Skills

Strong understanding of machining principles and manufacturing processes.
Recent hands‑on experience using CATIA V4/V5 for NC programming.
Experience generating Condition of Supply (COS) data.
Good understanding of Design for Manufacture (DFM).
Good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
Good understanding of Process planning.

The Job

Create new NC programs for hard and soft metal components using CAD/CAM systems.
Modify and improve existing NC programs to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.
Provide build line support and resolve issues arising from tape prove activities.
Collaborate with manufacturing, production, and engineering teams to ensure aligned processes and standards.
Support process planning and manufacturing improvement initiatives.
Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with project, business, and safety standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement within manufacturing engineering operations.
