Marketing and Events Executive

The successful candidate will begin by taking ownership of the events programme, delivering exceptional brand experiences while supporting social media, content creation, email marketing, influencer activity and wider brand initiatives. Over time, there is a clear progression route into a senior marketing leadership position.

The Role

Events & Brand Experiences

• Plan and project-manage events from concept through to delivery and post-event analysis.
• Manage logistics including stand builds, stock, staffing, transport and event timelines.
• Attend and represent the brand at high-profile consumer and trade events.
• Create live and behind-the-scenes content during events.
• Identify new event and brand activation opportunities.
• Manage event budgets and report on commercial performance.

Social Media & Content

• Create and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest.
• Capture and direct product and lifestyle photography.
• Film, edit and publish short-form video content and Reels.
• Write engaging captions aligned with the brand voice.
• Manage daily social engagement and community interaction.
• Plan and schedule content calendars.
• Source and share user-generated content and customer stories.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise content strategy accordingly.
• Manage social media budgets.

Marketing Support

• Support website updates, seasonal campaigns and product launches.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate influencer gifting and partnership activity.
• Support PR initiatives and media opportunities.
• Contribute to the wider marketing calendar and campaign planning.
• Assist with digital advertising content creation.

What We Are Looking For

• 1-3 years' experience within marketing, events, social media or a related field.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Confident creating short-form video content using CapCut or similar platforms.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Comfortable representing a brand at events and customer-facing activities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.

Preferred

• Experience within luxury, lifestyle, fashion, jewellery, gifting or premium consumer brands.
• Experience using Shopify, Klaviyo, Later or similar marketing platforms.
• Previous experience supporting events, activations or pop-ups.
• Photography and content creation experience.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
