Enterprise Technical Deployment Specialist | EMEA

Competencies

You've spent 3–5 years in high-performance environments such as management consulting, implementation, RevOps, or a fast-growth SaaS company, where clear thinking and technical problem‑solving were the norm. You combine curiosity with discipline and have a track record of turning complexity into clarity. Experience across data, integrations, or automation is a plus but not required.

• Technically curious: you understand how systems connect and data flows, and you're energized by complex problems and the smarter, faster ways to solve them
• Structured and outcome-oriented: you think clearly, communicate simply, and deliver solutions that drive real results
• Collaborative across domains: you move easily between commercial and technical discussions, translating goals into execution without losing the detail
• Self‑directed and adaptable: you take initiative, learn fast, and maintain momentum in ambiguous situations
• Ambitious and growth‑minded: you set high standards and thrive where performance and pace go hand in hand

Trajectory

We are one of the most versatile teams at Planhat, working with clients across industries alongside colleagues in Sales and Product at every stage of the client lifecycle.

In this role you will:

• Own the full deployment lifecycle, from scoping and design to configuration, integration, and go‑live
• Translate business strategy into scalable technical solutions that create measurable impact
• Build intelligent workflows and AI‑powered automations that connect the customer's full tech stack
• Use Planhat's AI and analytics capabilities to help customers see patterns, act faster, and scale what works
• Partner closely with Sales, CS, and Product to ensure every deployment creates lasting value

Definition of Success

If you are the person who raises the bar in your team, on the field, or anywhere performance matters, you will fit right in. Planhat rewards pace, precision, and ownership.

• You are consistently delivering technically sophisticated deployments that create measurable business value for customers
• You are seen as a trusted technical partner by both customers and internal teams, bridging the gap between business goals and technical execution
• You are continuously expanding your technical and commercial skill set, with your comfort zone constantly growing
• You are actively contributing to the playbook and frameworks that raise the standard for the entire Technical Deployment team
• You are growing into broader responsibilities across product, operations, or leadership, shaping how the world's most customer‑centric companies scale
