We're looking for a Collaborations Business Development Manager to lead the charge in securing new commercial opportunities across fashion, luxury, and aligned sectors. This role is all about hunting, not farming: finding the right partners, opening doors, and turning conversations into collaborations that deliver long-term value.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and win new collaboration and OEM opportunities.
• Develop and deliver strategic plans to achieve ambitious sales, volume, and margin targets.
• Promote our manufacturing capabilities and brand heritage to high-value prospects.
• Attend industry trade shows, events, and client meetings to build your network.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities.
• Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure seamless delivery for new partners.
• Maintain accurate prospect pipelines, activity reports, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• A proven new-business hunter with experience securing high-value deals.
• Skilled at selling in premium or luxury markets (fashion, lifestyle, or aligned industries).
• Tenacious, commercially sharp, and results-focused.
• Confident presenting to and negotiating with senior decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently while staying connected to the wider team.
• Willing to travel in the UK and internationally for client meetings and industry events.
