Key Responsibilities
Achieve annual berth sales targets and drive revenue across berthing, storage, and boatyard services
Proactively win new business, including competitor conversions
Manage and track the sales pipeline via CRM
Deliver against set KPIs
Work closely with Marina Managers and Operations teams
Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitor analysis
Support marketing activity using customer and NPS insights
Ensure compliance with company policies, H&S, and sales processes
About You
Strong track record of hitting targets and converting leads
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confident using CRM systems and managing pipelines
