Signet Recruitment and Retention are partnering with a high performing, people-centric business in Reading to recruit a Learning Partner/Advisor on an Interim or FTC basis for a 9-month period. The role is based in Reading with hybrid working; start immediately (or as soon as possible).
What You’ll Do
Run engaging, results-focused learning sessions
Support the L&D Manager and support the L&D coordinator
Tailor delivery to all learning styles and needs, for a range of employees
Evaluate learning outcomes and recommend improvements
Stay up to date with L&D trends and tools
Act as a learning advisor to employees and managers
Support with the process of finding a great new LMS system
Collaborate with external providers
Work closely with the People & Culture (HR business partners, Recruitment Manager, HR systems Manager) and others, with a unified approach to the L&D agenda
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in learning design and delivery
Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
Data-driven mindset and strong organisational skills
Proficiency in LMS platforms—ideally if you have implemented one/been part of the process, that would be a real asset
This is a hybrid role; ideally 2-3 days per week in the Reading-based office.
