This is a rare chance to get in early and help shape a fast-growing division. You’ll be working across a broad range of funding products and sectors, supported by warm leads, inbound enquiries and a strong brand presence.
What You’ll Be Doing
Proactively engage with SMEs / business owners across the UK to generate new finance opportunities
Leverage existing customer data and historic enquiries to create fresh leads
Present tailored funding solutions across asset finance, business loans, merchant cash advances, refinance, and government-backed schemes
Conduct financial assessments to match clients with suitable lenders
Manage the full funding process from proposal through to drawdown
Stay informed on lender products, underwriting criteria, and market conditions
Identify cross-selling opportunities across other finance divisions
Accurately log all activity and deal progress in the CRM
Achieve personal revenue targets while contributing to team success
What You’ll Need
2+ years’ experience in commercial finance (asset finance, business loans, invoice finance, etc)
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals
A sharp commercial mindset and the ability to spot and convert opportunities
Energy, drive, and the ambition to help build something from the ground up
