Trainee Sales Manager – Full-Time, On-Site (Manchester)

We’re expanding in Manchester and are looking for driven individuals to step into a Trainee Sales Manager role — the first step into a leadership career in corporate sales and campaign management.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading by example in face-to-face campaigns with national clients
Working towards daily and weekly performance goals with your team

Building the confidence to lead teams, manage KPIs, and deliver results
