Working closely with partners, senior lawyers and business services teams, this role is central to the continued success and efficiency of a leading corporate practice. The successful candidate will support the development and dissemination of technical knowledge, enhance internal processes, and contribute to the firm’s external profile through thought leadership and client engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor legal, regulatory, and market developments, delivering clear and timely updates and insights
• Develop, maintain, and enhance precedents and know-how to reflect current best practice
• Design and deliver training programs and learning resources across the team
• Collaborate with colleagues across corporate, funds, tax, and finance to drive knowledge sharing
• Support and lead legal tech, AI, and process improvement initiatives
• Contribute to business development through thought leadership, client briefings, and events
• Oversee knowledge systems, ensuring resources are accessible, accurate, and effectively managed
• Provide strategic reporting and updates to senior stakeholders

This role would suit a technically strong and commercially minded lawyer with at least five years’ experience in private equity, or a closely aligned corporate practice, ideally gained within a leading law firm. Prior knowledge or PSL experience is advantageous but not essential. The successful candidate will bring excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills, alongside strong organisational and project management capabilities. An interest in legal technology and innovation is highly desirable, as is the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
