Employment Lawyer Location: Chelmsford (Hybrid - 2-3 days office-based)Salary: £47,472 - £55,850 per annum + benefitsContract: PermanentRef: RF-LEG-0224

Refine Recruitment has an outstanding opportunity for an Employment Lawyer to join a leading public sector legal team in Chelmsford.

The Role:

• Handle complex discrimination and unfair dismissal claims
• Manage TUPE processes and consultations
• Draft and negotiate settlement agreements
• Lead restructures and redundancy processes
• Provide expert employment law guidance
• Handle tribunal representations

Required:

• Current Law Society or Bar Standards Board membership
• 2 years PQE (will consider exceptional candidates with less)
• Strong employment tribunal experience
• Experience in TUPE and restructuring matters
• Commercial awareness with public sector understanding
• 27 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
• Professional membership fees covered
• 4 paid volunteer days annually
