£45,000+ base + uncapped commission + no thresholds

City of London (Monument) | 4-day workweek (Mon–Thurs, full pay)

Build. Lead. Perform. And do it in a culture you help shape.

If you’re billing well and coaching others informally already, it’s time to step into leadership that actually supports you. At THRYVE, we’re creating a high-performing, people-first culture with no Fridays , no micromanagement, and no fluff.

You’ll run your own desk, mentor others, and influence how we grow—while we support you with the right tools, clear expectations, and a team that gives a damn. You'll thrive by leading from the front, bringing your own ideas and setting a high bar.

What You’ll Get:

• £45K+ base + up to 40% commission
• A full-pay 4-day workweek (not a gimmick — it works)
• Culture initiatives driven by feedback: Radically Candid check-ins, clear “What Good Looks Like” playbooks and a culture that promotes success and balance
• Support from leadership that actually shows up
• A chance to join Q2 Germany trips and team socials that aren’t just about drinking

You’ll Be Right For This If You:

• Want to build something, not just bill
• Know how to coach, lead, and raise standards
• Care about the development and success of those around you
• Believe in fun being compatible with performance
• Want a say in how your company runs
