• The opportunity to shape and grow a start-up from the ground up with the support of a proven entrepreneur.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build a successful recruitment business using new and existing client and candidate information
• Build & grow a strong network of clients and candidates alongside the Founder
• Leverage Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage and track recruitment activities

• Oversee recruitment activities using HRIS, ATS, and social media platforms

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven billing success in technical or engineering recruitment
• Previous experience building a desk in an agency environment
• Exceptional communication & relationship-building skills
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
• Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and other recruitment tools

This role is moving quickly and so if you match the above requirements, get in contact ASAP.
