The Role

We’re looking for a high-energy, ambitious sales professional to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth across a diverse client base throughout the UK. You’ll work closely with a wide range of customers, building strong, long-term relationships and delivering exceptional service at every stage of the sales journey.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, supportive team where initiative is valued, performance is rewarded, and no two days are the same.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of your pipeline and be responsible for turning opportunities into successful projects. Your day-to-day will include:

• Manage and progress opportunities across the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to successfully securing the deal
• Respond promptly to incoming enquiries, quickly understanding customer needs and converting interest into qualified opportunities.
• Produce clear and accurate quotations, designs, and project information using internal systems, supporting a smooth customer journey
• Develop a strong understanding of the market, including competitors, pricing, and industry trends, to support effective decision-making
• Proactively follow up on leads and enquiries, building strong relationships and developing long-term customer engagement
• Work closely with internal teams across operations, design, and delivery to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Contribute to team sales targets while developing your commercial skills and progressing your sales career within the business

Essential experience & skills

• Proven success in a fast-paced sales environment, including managing both quick-turnaround and longer sales cycles
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Experience building and maintaining strong relationships
• Confident communicator across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
• Strong attention to detail with a “right first time” mindset
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
