Dayforce Implementation Consultant - HR & Talent

Role Overview

As a Dayforce Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end implementations of the HR and Talent modules. You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, configure the system to align with business needs, and ensure a seamless transition to Dayforce. Your expertise will help clients optimise their HR processes, improve employee experiences, and achieve operational excellence.

Job Title: Dayforce Implementation Consultant
Location: Remote (UK-Based)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to client sites, including international, based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement and Requirements Gathering:
• Conduct workshops with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements.
• Document business requirements, map them to Dayforce capabilities, and identify any configuration needs.
• System Configuration and Design:
• Configure the Dayforce HR module to meet client specifications, ensuring alignment with the global template (where applicable).
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and data migrations related to HR processes.
• Testing and Validation:
• Develop test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate configurations and resolve issues.
• Ensure the HR module meets business requirements and compliance standards before deployment.
• Training and Change Management:
• Deliver training sessions for HR teams and super-users to ensure a smooth transition to the platform.
• Provide change management support to help clients adopt new workflows and optimise HR operations.
• Post-Implementation Support:
• Assist clients during the post-go-live phase, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a stable system environment.
• Stay updated on Dayforce product enhancements and industry best practices.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on optimising their HR processes using Dayforce.

Required Skills and Experience

• This is a fully remote working role based in the UK, for any candidates applying from abroad please consider that relocation to the UK will be required.
• Proven experience in implementing Dayforce, with a focus on the HR and Talent modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices and compliance.
• Hands‑on configuration experience with Dayforce, particularly HR modules.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into system solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Dayforce HR module certification.
• Experience in other Dayforce modules (e.g., Payroll, WFM, Talent).
• Background in HR, either as an HR professional or in a consulting capacity.
• Experience working in retail, hospitality, or other fast‑paced industries.
