Design Manger - Fit Out

Global Engineering Talent is seeking an experienced Design Manager to join a high-profile office fit-out project in Europe, working from London. This is an opportunity to work for the lead consultants, overseeing key design and procurement elements in a complex project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead design management for a large-scale office fit-out project, ensuring compliance with design standards.
2. Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to drive project success.
3. Manage procurement processes and coordinate with supply chain partners.
4. Oversee project timelines, risk management, and technical design reviews.
5. Ensure adherence to design and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience: Around 10 years in design management, ideally from a specialist fit-out contractor .
2. Expertise: Strong background in project management and procurement .
3. Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of fit-out design standards and best practices .
4. Location: Based in London , with occasional travel as needed.
