Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals
Engage with local authorities, clients, and the public
Conduct site appraisals and policy research
Advise on planning policy and development potential
Support senior planners on major or strategic projects

RTPI-accredited degree (or working toward Chartership)
Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and process
Excellent report writing, communication, and negotiation skills
