Running the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement.
Developing new business opportunities while maximising existing client accounts.
Sourcing, screening, and placing exceptional marketing talent.
Writing engaging job adverts and building long-term talent pipelines.
Collaborating with colleagues across ZD to share insight and opportunities.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

Recruitment experience, ideally within marketing, but we will also consider strong recruiters from other sectors.
Commercial acumen and the ability to develop new business.
Excellent relationship-building skills with candidates and clients.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Driven, ambitious, and ready to build a successful marketing desk.

OUR VALUES - HOW WE SHOW UP EVERY DAY:

At ZD, you'll have the freedom to own your market, the support to keep growing, and the rewards to match your impact.

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT BENEFITS:

Competitive basic salary £30,000 - £35,000 plus uncapped commission.
25 days holiday (plus your birthday off and bank holidays) with holiday that grows with you, increasing by 1 day for every year you're with us.
Wellbeing Week: Paid time off between Christmas and New Year so you can fully switch off.
Employee ownership model, share in our collective success.
Clear progression pathways with the freedom to grow your desk your way.
