Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statements and ensure compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring performance against targets.
Ensure regulatory compliance and support audit processes.
Develop and implement internal financial controls.
Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACA , ACCA , or CIMA qualification required.
5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in manufacturing or packaging.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and technical accounting.
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
