FP&A Analyst

Overview

FP&A Analyst required for a superb business involved in an interesting industry, based in Solihull, West Midlands. The business is knocking on the door of £100m revenue and is the UK subsidiary of an American parent group, but operates autonomously.

As the FP&A Analyst , you will be responsible for the following:

• Management of divisional forecasting/reforecasting, building financial modelling tools to improve financial planning processes
• Monthly management reporting including variance analysis/commentary and feeding back financial position and future strategies to department heads
• Overseeing the divisional budgeting process and maintaining budget monthly
• Business partnering stakeholders throughout the business within your divisions
• Continuous improvement of FP&A processes, systems and procedures to ensure best practice and long-term efficacy in the team
• Monitoring performance of financial and non-financial KPIs, identifying variances from budget and ongoing trends, proposing remedial strategies where necessary

The ideal candidate will be ACCA , ACMA or ACA qualified with 1-2 years\' post-qualification experience. You\'ll need to be strong with month end reporting, financial planning and analysis, and business partnering/senior stakeholder engagement.

This is a permanent role, based on site in Solihull full time , with flexible working available when required. Initially paying £60,000 to £65,000 plus benefits.
