Key Responsibilities
Advise lenders, borrowers, and sponsors on a wide range of leveraged and acquisition finance transactions.
Draft and negotiate complex finance documentation including facility agreements, intercreditor agreements, and security packages.
Support clients through all stages of the deal lifecycle, from structuring and term sheet negotiation to closing and post-closing matters.
Coordinate with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions to deliver seamless cross-border advice.
Stay up to date with market trends and regulatory developments affecting the leveraged finance space.
Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.
Required Qualifications
Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction).
2-4 years post-qualification experience in leveraged finance, ideally gained at a top-tier UK or international law firm.
Strong technical knowledge of debt finance structures and documentation.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Commercially minded with a proactive and client-focused approach.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
