THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT

You have five years of Salesforce experience which covers all parts of system configuration with at least three years' experience of implementing complex flows and integrations with other systems.

You want to continue to develop your Salesforce skills and contribute to the growth of a thriving and dynamic business.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You will be working as part of a small Salesforce team which works hard to improve efficiency across the business.

The majority of your time will be spent developing and testing new or improved automation processes to improve the efficiency of all teams within the business.

You will spend a smaller proportion of your time responding to user issues and bugs to ensure they are resolved and processes put in place to prevent reoccurrence.

You will work closely with all teams to not only help automate existing processes but also spot opportunities to redesign processes from scratch.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A self-starter who looks for opportunities to add value.
• You have a helpful personality and are passionate about automating processes to help reduce administration tasks so colleagues can concentrate on what they’re good at.
• You think like a developer, ensuring the scope of works is clear and robust testing is designed prior to beginning a project and that the full lifecycle of each project is complete, including unit testing, user testing and training.
• You work hard to deliver work to an excellent standard whilst being pragmatic in limiting project scope to ensure as many projects as possible can be delivered.
• You understand that working for a small, dynamic business involves working in an agile manner.
• You can multi-task and prioritise competing demands for different stakeholders, ensuring everyone is kept informed of progress.
• You enjoy working with data and have a keen eye on detail, able to spot errors and patterns in data that others miss.
• You have worked on integrating several other systems with Salesforce using both API and middleware techniques and understand the potential issues with integrations as well as the benefits.
• You are excited to embrace new technologies and see the huge potential for AI to benefit business processes
• You continually question what we do and why to gain a deeper understanding and spot opportunities for doing things differently
• You have passion to make things better for others and strive to grow and improve yourself both personally and professionally
