We are looking for an experienced .NET/C# Developer to join a Front Office Commodities Markets IT team based in Central London. The role involves developing and supporting business-critical trading applications, working closely with Front Office users and global technology teams in a fast-paced financial markets environment.
This is a contract position (Inside IR35) offering strong exposure to trading, derivatives, and risk systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Front Office trading applications
Work closely with traders and business stakeholders to gather requirements
Enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability
Provide support for pre-trade and pricing tools
Contribute to architecture and technology decisions
Ensure compliance with development standards and governance
Qualifications & Experience
Strong experience in C# / .NET development
Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular or WPF)
Good understanding of financial markets and derivatives
Experience working in Front Office or trading environments preferred
