Accountabilities:

Identify and engage prospective clients across industries for IT services, including web/mobile development, SaaS products, and enterprise applications
Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to build and manage a strong pipeline
Collaborate with technical teams to shape proposals aligned with client needs
Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations to drive conversions
Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging client demands

Requirements

5+ years of proven success in IT services or custom software sales
Strong understanding of technology stacks, software development lifecycles, and outsourcing models
Established network of potential clients (startups, SMBs, or enterprise organizations)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident negotiator with persuasive selling skills
Highly self-motivated, independent, and able to manage a remote freelance role efficiently
