Customer Success Manager

At Dalux, success is about people as much as technology. We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team in our newly established office in Birmingham from where you will support our growing customer base and strengthen Dalux’s role in the UK construction market. You will be part of our great Contractor North team.

Your main tasks as our new Customer Success Manager will be:

• Working with construction industry clients, such as developers, general contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants.
• Support new and existing customers in using and understanding our user-friendly product.
• Assist new customers in implementation and training of our products related to construction processes.
• Support the current customers and develop their expertise by assisting them in technical or feature support, when needed.
• Take part in network groups, trade fairs and other events.
• Present Dalux product portfolio for new potential clients.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with BIM and is a digital construction enthusiast.
• Has solid knowledge and experience working on construction sites or in the construction industry.
• Has the ability to deep-dive in the software and train superusers.
• Has the ability to build strong and long-lasting customer relations.
• Is a great team player aiming for mutual success.

Work location: on-site (Birmingham)
