We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support the Corporate Enablers function, including HR, Corporate Communications, Finance, and General Counsel, ensuring that managers are well-equipped to handle people-related matters effectively.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner, you will:

• Create data packs and supporting materials to consolidate key people information and provide analysis
• Support cyclical HR activities such as talent reviews, annual compensation review cycles, and salary benchmarking exercises
• Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, addressing HR-related inquiries and resolving issues proactively
• Assist in employee relations matters and contribute to change management and restructuring initiatives
• Work with the HR team to embed Employee Experience Programs and support DEI initiatives
• Collaborate with senior HR leaders, preparing reports and presentations for executive-level meetings

The ideal candidate should possess:

• CIPD qualification or relevant HR experience
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create reports and presentations
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
