A founder‑led boutique executive search firm is expanding and looking for an exceptional Executive Search Consultant to join their high‑performing team.

You’ll work directly with the founder on fully retained senior mandates across private‑equity portfolio businesses in the UK, EU, and US. This is a rare chance to gain accelerated exposure to top‑tier PE houses and C‑suite stakeholders while earning market‑leading commercial returns.
