We’ve got the leads, now we need closers who can turn opportunities into results.

This isn’t cold calling. You’ll work with warm, qualified leads provided by our in-house lead-gen team. Your mission? Close deals, smash targets, and earn serious commission.

You’ll speak directly with business owners and decision-makers, uncover the best energy solutions, and seal the deal with confidence and personality.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Turning warm leads into signed energy contracts
• Having consultative, value-driven conversations with SME customers
• Negotiating competitive deals with suppliers and clients
• Managing your pipeline and following up like a pro
• Hitting (and beating) monthly sales targets
• Bringing energy, drive, and positivity to the team every day

What We’re Looking For

• A natural closer with strong objection-handling skills
• Target-driven with a competitive streak – you thrive on results
• Strong communicator who builds rapport with ease
• Hungry for commission and motivated by success
• Resilient, coachable, and ready for a high-energy environment
• Must be located in Manchester and able to commute to the city centre
