Freelance Senior Project Manager - Independent Creative Agency

6-month booking (with strong potential to extend)

The Opportunity

You’ll lead end-to-end delivery across integrated campaigns — spanning film, digital, social, print and branded content — ensuring projects run smoothly from brief through to launch and optimisation.

You’ll sit at the heart of the action:

• Owning timelines from kick-off to approvals and final delivery
• Translating client objectives into clear, actionable briefs
• Coordinating creatives, production partners and external suppliers
• Keeping budgets tight and scopes crystal clear
• Acting as the steady, trusted point of contact for clients

In short: you’ll be the engine room behind great work.

Your Profile:

Someone with 5–8 years’ experience in a creative agency, production or branded content environment who:

• Thrives on structure, clarity and momentum
• Can manage multiple workstreams without breaking a sweat
• Understands production workflows across film, digital and audio
• Is commercially confident — scoping, budgeting and managing SOWs
• Balances creative ambition with practical delivery
• Is calm under pressure and solutions-focused

This role is heavily weighted toward project leadership and operational excellence — they need someone who genuinely enjoys the craft of delivery.

If you love a clean timeline, a sharp status doc and a campaign that lands exactly when it should, you’ll feel right at home.

Why this one?

• 6-month contract from early March
• Hybrid working (3 days in the Central London office)
• Strong potential to extend as the agency scales
• Opportunity to shape process and delivery standards in a growing business

This is a chance to embed yourself in a high-calibre team where process powers creativity — and where good freelancers often become long-term partners.
